How do I order


Log in to your account search to find your product(s) choice(s

 click 'Add to basket'. You can continue shopping or click 'View Basket' if everything you want is in your basket you can then go to check out.

Previous account ordering gives the option to save addresses or payment options so these will automatically display in the checkout, making it quick and easy to complete the order.

Or you can enter new or amended the details..

An email will be sent as soon as you item is dispatched.

The item(s) I have ordered have been cancelled why?

Items ordered with ourselves are subject to availability. As much as we we always want to fulfil your order from time to time there may be a delay or a stock issue.

If this happens we will always refund you or email you to let you know of the delay (whichever is appropriate )

We will always contact you to let you know if there is an issue 


You can order over the phone but payment is via paypal or bank transfer

you can order through social media using the buy button option where applicable



Items are dispatched within 48hours 


You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched
Most items are sent via 24 or 48Hour tracked royal mail.
Tracking all the way to your door means you do not need to wait in to sign 
however if your item is to big for your letter box you can use an alternative address to order or you will receive a standard card from royal mail stating an attempt to deliver.
If you receive a delivery attempt card please note it is you responsibility to rearrange 
some Items may be separately due to weight allowance or a different carrier may be used 
these options will be available at  the checkout
How do I cancel my order?

Contact us on 07572417172 or email messyhairuk@outlook.com asap (please note it may have already gone out as we do have different post times throughout the day) if the item has already been sent you can re turn it please see our returns guide

If not, then select the order that you wish to cancel. You can choose to cancel individual items or the whole order. 

We’ll send you an email within an hour to let you know if the cancellation worked. 

If it fails, this is because the order is getting ready to be sent. Items that are in stock are processed quickly so that we can aim to get products to our customers without delay.

Wrong item sent

 Sometimes we do make mistakes. Please send us a message 

The following information is needed so we can look at our error and rectify your inconvenience asap

5. name 

As soon as we realise what we have done we will contact you (usually by telephone or email) 


My item is damaged
we would be sorry to hear you've received your order damaged.
please do not throw anything away we may need pictures to establish the issue or fault. contact us straight away via email or phone
